The Danielle Mitterrand French School is a French institution of excellence, established in 2009.
Located in Erbil, the school currently welcomes approximately 150 students from preschool to 12th grade, representing more than 10 different nationalities.
Instruction is provided in French and English. Students also take Kurdish and Arabic classes, and from middle school onward, they can choose Spanish.
Our school, thanks to its history and the tradition of openness among French schools, is a place for encounters and linguistic and cultural exchanges. It welcomes students of all nationalities, from preschool to 12th grade, and offers a quality education in a reassuring environment conducive to the development of children for all families, whether local, expatriate, or long-term residents of the country.
