Switching to Workday Finance can definitely feel overwhelming at first — but I don’t think it’s inherently harder than the HR modules. It’s more about different flows and data structures. If you have a background in accounting, you already know the logic; you just need to learn how Workday maps things. I found that once you get familiar with navigation, journals, and reporting, it gets intuitive. The key is to give it time and practice. For example, the course at workday finance helped me understand the system’s structure clearly, and after a few weeks it felt much more manageable.
